Return Policy

Thank you for visiting our website. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the receival date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition. If you return item(s) after the 15-day period, we are not entitled to issue a refund of any kind. We will be refunding the amount for the item(s) only (your shipping costs will not be refunded) unless the fault was on our end.

If you are returning an engine or ATV body kit, there will be a 20% restocking fee for these high-ticket items. 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please fill out our return form (available for download below) and place it with the item(s) securely in its original packaging. Please make sure you mail your return to the following address:

Failure to include a return form will delay the return process. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item(s), we will process your return. Please allow at least 3 days from the receipt of your item for the return to be processed. 

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS AND EXCHANGES

For defective or damaged products, you must contact our customer service department at support@coolster.com to arrange a refund or exchange. We will require a picture verification via email. We will also provide a return label if your item(s) is/are indeed damaged or defective. After everything has been arranged, please follow the steps under the “return process” subheading. 

DO NOT send your item(s) back before contacting our team. We will not be responsible for any fees or costs incurred with prior coordination with us. 

If you do not receive a response to your return/refund request within 3 days, please call our customer service number at (626) 228-0251. Please do not contact prior to sending your request email. 

Exchanges can only be made if the fault was on our end (e.g. we sent the wrong part to you, the website description was not correct, etc.) If you ordered an incorrect item and wish to exchange for the correct one, you can return the original piece and reorder online.
